Take Highway 79 to Thorndale

Take FM 486 South, left turn, at the traffic light in Thorndale.

Go approximately 5 miles to CR 455.

The Conoley Church is located on the left at the intersection of FM 486 and CR 455.

From Cameron:

Take FM 486 from San Gabriel to Thorndale.

At the traffic light in Thorndale continue South on FM 486 straight ahead.

Go approximately 5 miles to CR 455.

2014 Conoley Homecoming

Conoley Church will hold its annual homecoming on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at the church

located five miles south of Thorndale on CR 455, according to pastor James Brymer. The

event will start at 10 a.m. and include a barbecue lunch with all the trimmings, live

music, singing and picture sharing.

Update from Jack Brooks:

James Brymer (Pastor), wife Patsy, sons and interred family descendants are making

long term improvements to the Conoley Church cemetery. They sponsor an annual

homecoming where families, near and far, may all come together and have a BBQ cookout.

They visit the cemetery and pay their respects to departed family members and

reestablish old ties within the community. We had the honor of being invited a few

weeks ago, and thought the event was a wonderful idea.
