Gest Cemetery

The Gest Family Cemetery is a well maintained cemetery located on the

Luke Guest Property. Currently there are three individuals interred in

the cemetery. Access may be gained by contacting Mr. Luke Gest. Property

address is 1193 County Road 434 loop, Rockdale, TX. 76574.

GPS coordinates; 30 degrees 38' 01.34" N/ 97 degrees 07' 07.82 W

Driving Directions: From the intersection of U.S.Hwy 79 and FM 486 in

downtown Thorndale, proceed east on Hwy 79 for approximately 6.2 miles

until you come to County Road 434 Loop on the left. Turn there and

proceed 1.0 mile to a gate and mailbox on your left labeled 1193. Once

through the gate proceed s/w 0.6 mile to the cemetery.
