To the Sheriff or any Constable of Milam County..Greeting:
You are herby commanded to Subpoena
Will Wright, Williams, Manager Compress, John M. Hefley,
and John Gambill
if found in your County, to be and appear before me, the
undersigned, a Justice of the Peace in and for Precinct
No. 1, Milam County, at my office in Cameron on the 7th day
of March, 1898 at 11 o'clock AM., then and there to testify
in behalf of Defendant in a case now pending before me,
wherein P. C. Negroponte Plaintiff, and J. C. Claxton
Defendant, and there remain from day to day, and from term
to term, until duly discharged.
Herein Fail Not, but of this Writ make due return,
showing how you have executed the same.
