Hello Jessica, My name is Geri Burnett, I am a member of the Milam County Historical Commission. Over the last few months we have been working on the Wallis House in Rockdale. It is the old red brick house that burned a year or so ago. We had a yard sale a couple of weeks ago. We did not sell all of the architectural features, there are some left, but we have sold many.
There is bead board left, some windows and doors. There is a claw-foot bath tub upstairs.
Anyone purchasing any item is responsible for removing it themselves. You also have to sign a waiver to go into the house.
