Hello, I am looking for information on The mother of Lucretia Baggerly who died in Rockdale TX. She was born in Montgomery County, TX 18755. Her mother was in the 1820 census of Clairborne Co, Miss. I am trying to determine where she was born and where she is buried. There are also other sisters in Rockdale, Texas at the same time.

I noticed that a Jessie Baggerly was on Facebook, so I contacted them. I had also gone to school with a Jessie Baggerly.

Are you related to a Jessie Baggerly who graduated from RHS in 1966?
I maintain a website for the the Milam Co Historical Commission and we often get requests for info re Milam County. I rec'd an email this morning from a John Baggerly in Pennsylvania asking for info: "I am looking for information on The mother of Lucretia Baggerly who died in Rockdale, TX. She was born in Montgomery Co, Texas 18755 (?). Her mother was in the 1820 census of Clairborne Co, Miss . I am trying to determine where she was born and where she is buried . There are also other sisters in Rockdale Texas at the same time. Thank you.

Yes she is my aunt, my granny was also a Jessie. My niece is a Jessie. I'm the only male Jessie in my family. My son's name is John, my younger son Dutch has done research on our family history. I can ask him about it, but I do know my family is from Louisiana, Mississippi.

Lucretia Mother was also Lucretia First Lucretia Baggerly he died around 1827. She then Married Isaah Parker in 1829 in Clairborne co MSS. Then on to LA. Not sure where the children were born. Then on to Montgomery Co Texas in 1860 census , Children: John Wesley Baggerly and daughter (do not know her name). But I think it was Lucretia also. She died in Rockdale, Texas. I am not sure if she was the daughter of Lucretia or John W. Baggerly

Jerry, this woman's married name was Landrum. She was buried in the Albright Cemetery in Burleson, County (Caldwell, I think).
