Jennifer,
I have recently needed an answer to this question, Jennifer. In Milam County, Texas, it is legal to spread
the ashes of your love one over a gravesite. If you are not asking about Cemeteries in Milam County and not
knowing the Cemetery you are wanting information on, I would suggest talking with the Funeral Home handling
the cremation. I am sure they will be of help. My second suggestion would be calling the City Hall where the
Cemetery is located. They would be able to advise you on the City regulations.
I am sorry for your loss, Jennifer. I hope this helps answer your question. Should you have additional
questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
