Thank you so very much for your quick response, Arthur Morgan was born April 17, 1891 in Fort Bend County TX, he died at the tender age of 94 at Richards hospital on Aug 29 1973 in Rockdale, Milam county, TX, he was married to Eva Morgan. He owns a 130 yr old home that still stands on Spruce St. in Milam County TX. I really hope this helps. My family & I are so very grateful that you are taking the time to help us in this time of need.

"Arthur Morgan's wife was Eva Floyd. Eva was a sister to Eli Floyd, well-known Rockdalian.
I don't find a picture of Arthur, but Susie Samson might be able to direct him. The Bernice Everage who posted this in Find-a-Grave is probably a relative.

Mrs. Eva Morgan was the daughter of Mr. Perry and Harriet Floyd. She was born in Rockdale, Texas. She was the eighth child of eight children.
She met and married Mr. Arthur Morgan. To this union four children were born. Her husband and two children preceded her in death.
She joined the Springfield Baptist Church at an early age. She served for many years as choir president, mission president. She also served as president for the Mother's Conference at Springfield and the La Grange District Association. She was faithful and active member until her death.
She leaves to mourn her passing two children, Floyd Morgan and Mrs. Nena Mitchell, both of Rockdale; Twenty-four grandchildren; Sixty great-grandchildren; Forty great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
