Little Rocky Cemetery
Email received 2012-06-30:
I am president and founder of the Little Rocky cemetary association.we have plans for
the restoration and preservation of the Little Rocky cemetary. This is an abandoned and
inactive cemetary that has significant historical value to Cameron and Milam County.
Early African American settlers played and had creditable contributions to the economic
and cultural impact of Milam county. I have posted a list of persons buried there along
with a brief history. I look forward to working with the commission on future work in
preserving this history.
