#23 - Sheriff Wyatt Lipscomb was elected on November 2, 1880; re-elected November 7,
1882, November 4, 1884 and served until November 2, 1886.

Sheriff Lipscomb was born in 1847 in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

He married Mildred Streetman in Milam County on February 24, 1876.

After his term, he moved to Albany, Texas and later died in 1908.
